These JAPANESE scissors are made in the purest Japanese tradition for more than 100 years. The blades are made of high carbon stainless steel - they last a long time and have a outstanding cutting performance. The blades of these scissors are interlocked to the end of the handles, allowing great stability and better cutting precision. Tension set screws allow for easy tension adjustment. AUS8A blades (hardness 58±1 HRC) are 3.7mm - 4mm thick.Scissors for cutting kevlar feature an elegant anti-reverb matte surface and a patented "duplex interlock" fastening device, which does not loosen easily. Screws are hardened and tempered to 45±1 HRC.
