Shipping policy

Our packages are prepared within 24 hours of receipt of payment (subject to availability of items, excluding weekends and public holidays).
In addition to this 24-hour preparation time, there is a delivery time which depends on your delivery area at the time of the order:

France: 2 to 3 days shipped by La Poste, Colissimo or Lettre Suivie depending on the weight of your package

Europe: 3 to 8 days shipped by Colissimo Europe

England: 5 to 10 days shipped by Colissimo International

Rest of the World: 8 to 15 days shipped by Colissimo International

Any order placed before 2:30 p.m. is shipped the same day!
