7 - How to visit the Bohin workshops?

You can freely visit the workshops from April 2nd to November 1st, 2024, on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM and from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Find all the information on the "Plan your visit" page.

Delivery

1- What are the delivery times?

Delivery times vary depending on your place of residence and the chosen delivery method. Generally, orders are shipped within 3 business days and delivered within a maximum of 7 days.

2- How can I pick up my order at your premises?

When placing your order, you can choose the delivery option "pick up my order". Once your order is confirmed, contact us by phone at 02.33.84.25.25, and you can then pick up your order at our store located at 1 Le Bourg 61300 Saint-Sulpice-sur-Risle.

3- Where can I have my order delivered?

You can have your order delivered in various ways. We offer delivery to a pickup point, home delivery via Colissimo (La Poste), as well as the option to pick up your order at Bohin's premises.

4- Is it possible to have my order delivered abroad?

Yes, we deliver worldwide except for: Andorra, Greenland, Isle of Man, Aland Islands, Faroe Islands, Russia, Ukraine, Venezuela, Ascension Islands.

5- How do I make a return?

As stated in our general terms and conditions of sale, you have a period of 14 days from the day of delivery to return a product to us if it does not suit you, in its intact packaging. Any product that has been cut, used, or washed cannot be returned.

If your order is in compliance, the shipping costs for this return will be at your expense. Upon receipt of your return, we will proceed with an exchange or refund according to your request.

However, if a problem is found with the order (defective or damaged product), then the return costs will be at our expense.

1 - How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to track the delivery of your package.

2 - How can I obtain the invoice for my order?

You can find your purchase invoice on your customer account under the "My Orders" section. From there, you can download your invoice in PDF format.

3 - My package or product arrived damaged, what should I do?

In this case, please send us a photo of the damaged product or package by contacting us via our contact form or by email at info@bohin.fr. 

4 - How can I modify or cancel my order once it's been placed?

We process orders as quickly as possible, but if you wish to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but it will depend on the processing status of your order. As stated in our terms and conditions, you have a 14-day period from the day of delivery to return a product that does not meet your expectations, provided it is returned in its original packaging.

We accept payments by credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard, etc.), PayPal, and bank transfers.
