KAI Tailor's Scissors Fine Blades - 25 cm
Specificity: Fine blades, 25 cm
The KAI 7000 Series consists of new generation professional sewing scissors. They will allow you to cut all kinds of fabrics and materials with great precision:
These JAPANESE scissors have been manufactured in the purest Japanese tradition for over 100 years. The blades are made of high carbon stainless steel - they last a long time and have exceptional cutting performance. The blades of these scissors are nested to the end of the handles, allowing great stability and better cutting precision. The tension adjustment screws allow easy adjustment of the tension. The AUS8A blades (hardness 58±1 HRC) have a thickness of 3.7 mm - 4 mm. The KAI thin-blade tailor's scissors feature an elegant, anti-glare matt surface and a patented "duplex interlock" fastening device, which does not come loose easily. The screws are treated and hardened to 45±1 HRC.
The 7000 Series received the IF Design Award 2005.

The KAI thin-blade tailor's scissors are made from a stainless alloy of high-quality metals such as vanadium, which gives their cutting edge exceptional durability. They are lighter and thinner than the other scissors in the 7000 series.
Before being coated, the metal branches are assembled in one piece, giving the pair of these professional scissors a perfect balance.
The KAI professional scissors feature a new double-bolt fastening with pivot nuts that cannot be unscrewed during cutting, even for difficult jobs.
The ergonomic branch rings are covered with an "Elastomer" mixture offering great working comfort for your sewing work.
