Blister-pack of white rectangular mineral chalk. Ideal for marking all light-coloured fabrics without damaging the fibres. The tailor's chalk is a historic accessory of sewing and the clothing industry. This small tool is indispensable for marking pattern lines: darts, placement of trouser and baggy (African) trouser pockets, frill placement...they enable to demarcate the cutting and folding areas. It comes off with the first wash. The rectangular chalks are particularly suitable for long traces. Always do a test on a piece of fabric to verify that the chalk rubs out normally. For dark fabrics, we recommend using the BOHIN chalk pencil.
